Collection: Spiced Pear & Cranberry Fizz

A jewel-toned, alcohol-free cocktail that tastes like fall in a glass.

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 4 oz pear nectar (or pear juice)

  • 2 oz cranberry juice (for that ruby hue)

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup (or a pinch of ground cinnamon stirred in with honey)

  • Ginger beer to top

  • Garnish: thin pear slice, a few cranberries, and a tiny sprig of rosemary or thyme

Instructions:

  1. Fill your Hobnail Double Old Fashioned glass with ice.

  2. In a shaker or small pitcher, combine pear nectar, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup.

  3. Pour over the ice and top with ginger beer for a gentle fizz.

  4. Garnish with a pear slice tucked against the side of the glass, cranberries floating on top, and a sprig of rosemary.

Color & Styling Notes:
The cranberry gives the drink a deep rose-red color that glows beautifully through the green glass — especially in natural light or by candlelight. The pear slice and rosemary add an elegant contrast without overwhelming the texture of the glass.
