Collection: Ruby Winter Spritz

Vibrant, aromatic, and festive — the perfect sip for chilly nights.

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 3 oz cranberry juice (100% juice, not cocktail)

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice

  • 1 oz gin or vodka (optional for a lighter version, skip and add a splash more soda)

  • ½ oz rosemary-infused simple syrup (recipe below)

  • 3 oz prosecco or sparkling wine

  • Club soda to top

  • Fresh raspberries and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Rosemary simple syrup:
Combine ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and 1 small sprig of rosemary in a saucepan.
Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let steep 10 minutes. Strain and cool.

Instructions:

  1. Fill a Venice All-Purpose  glass with ice.

  2. Add cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, gin (if using), and rosemary syrup.

  3. Stir gently, then top with prosecco and a splash of soda.

  4. Garnish with a few raspberries and a fresh rosemary sprig.

Pro tip: For a festive sparkle, gently crush one raspberry before pouring to deepen the ruby hue.
