Collection: Spiced Apple Spritz

Crisp, sparkling, and kissed with cinnamon — the perfect toast to fall.

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 4 oz prosecco

  • 2 oz apple cider

  • 1 oz Aperol or orange liqueur

  • ½ oz cinnamon simple syrup (see below)

  • Club soda to top

  • Thin apple slices and a cinnamon stick for garnish

Cinnamon simple syrup:
Combine ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and 2 cinnamon sticks in a small pan. Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then cool and strain.

Instructions:

  1. Fill an Audrey  glass with ice.

  2. Add apple cider, Aperol, and cinnamon syrup. Stir gently.

  3. Top with prosecco and a splash of club soda.

  4. Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
